GE Designs Return Policy (30 Days)

We want you to love everything you purchase from GE Designs. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be approved by our team before sending anything back.


1. What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Return must be requested within 30 days

We will authorize your return and provide instructions.

2. What Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Books

  • Patterns

  • Magazines

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products (PDFs, books, classes)

  • Subscription products

  • Sale items (final sale)

These items cannot be refunded.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you with approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Banks may take several days to process the refund

If you have not received your refund after our confirmation, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card

  2. Wait for the financial institution to post the refund

  3. Contact us if more than 5 business days have passed


5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If your item arrived damaged:

  • Email us at help@gequiltdesigns.com

  • We will send a prepaid return label if needed

  • We will replace it with the same item

Non-damaged items cannot be exchanged.


6. Recommended for Returns Over $75

For your protection:

  • Use a trackable service or shipping insurance

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
