Cancel My Order (Full or Partial)

We understand that plans change. You can request an order cancellation before your order enters fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible — we ship quickly.


1. When You CAN Cancel an Order

Cancellations are possible if:

  • Your order is still “Unfulfilled”

  • No shipping label has been created

  • Digital items have not been downloaded

  • Preorder/retreat box prep has not started

Partial cancellations are allowed depending on item availability.


2. When You CANNOT Cancel an Order

We cannot cancel if:

  • Your order has a shipping label

  • The order has shipped

  • A digital product has been downloaded (final sale)

  • Your retreat box is already in production

  • Fabric cutting has begun for retreat boxes or kits


3. How to Request a Cancellation

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Items to cancel (full or partial)

We’ll confirm if cancellation is still possible.


4. Refund Policy Summary

Per our return policy:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Digital downloads, patterns, books, and subscription products are non-refundable

  • Sale items cannot be refunded

  • Returns require authorization before shipping anything back
