No shipping label has been created

Digital items have not been downloaded

Preorder/retreat box prep has not started
Partial cancellations are allowed depending on item availability.
2. When You CANNOT Cancel an Order
We cannot cancel if:

Your order has a shipping label

The order has shipped
-
A digital product has been downloaded (final sale)

Your retreat box is already in production
-
Fabric cutting has begun for retreat boxes or kits
