How to Start a Return

If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. All returns must be authorized by our team before you send anything back.

Here’s how to start the process.


1. Email Us First

Contact:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond with authorization and instructions.


2. Eligibility Checklist

Returns must:

  • Be within 30 days of purchase

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be in original packaging

Must NOT be:

  • Books, patterns, magazines

  • Digital downloads

  • Subscription products

  • Sale items

  • Used or opened items


3. Wait for Return Authorization

Please do not ship your return until we approve it.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Ship Your Return

Once approved, send your item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend:

  • A trackable shipping service

  • Insurance for items over $75


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect the item

  • We email you with approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds return to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
