Once your GE Designs order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled — but you still have options depending on the situation.
1. If You Need to Change Delivery Instructions
FedEx may allow you to:

Hold at a FedEx location

Add delivery instructions

Request a delivery window

2. If the Order Was Shipped to the Wrong Address
If the package has already been handed to a carrier:

We cannot update the address

Carrier may allow reroute depending on location

If they cannot reroute, the package will deliver to the original address
Once delivered or returned, we can advise next steps.
3. If You Want to Return the Item After Delivery
Your return must follow our return policy:

Must be unused

In original packaging

Request authorization before sending anything back

Books, patterns, magazines, digital downloads, and subscription items are non-returnable

Sale items cannot be refunded
4. If You Received the Wrong Item or It Arrived Damaged
Email us and we’ll make it right.
For damaged or defective items:
