Changes are only possible before your order enters fulfillment (before a shipping label is created).
1. What You CAN Change Before Shipment

Split an order (fees may apply)
2. What You CANNOT Change Once It’s in Fulfillment
Once your order has a shipping label created or is picked by our warehouse team:

Item changes are no longer possible

Address cannot be changed

Orders cannot be canceled

Orders cannot be combined or split
At that point, it must ship — but you still have options after delivery (see below).

4. Digital Product Exceptions
Digital products (PDFs, videos, downloadable content) are non-refundable once downloaded.
