Change or Cancel My Order (Before It Ships)

We ship orders very quickly — often the same day — so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

Changes are only possible before your order enters fulfillment (before a shipping label is created).


1. What You CAN Change Before Shipment

  • Shipping address

  • Item or variant (fabric choice, color, pattern, kit, etc.)

  • Quantity

  • Remove an item

  • Cancel the full order

  • Split an order (fees may apply)


2. What You CANNOT Change Once It’s in Fulfillment

Once your order has a shipping label created or is picked by our warehouse team:

  • Item changes are no longer possible

  • Address cannot be changed

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Orders cannot be combined or split

At that point, it must ship — but you still have options after delivery (see below).


3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • What you’d like to change or cancel

We’ll reply quickly and do our best before your order ships.


4. Digital Product Exceptions

Digital products (PDFs, videos, downloadable content) are non-refundable once downloaded.

If purchased in error, contact us — we’re happy to help review options.
