Change My Shipping Address (Before Shipment)

If you mistyped your address or recently moved, we can update your shipping address as long as your order has not entered fulfillment.


1. When We CAN Change Your Address

Address changes are possible if:

  • Your order is still “Unfulfilled”

  • No shipping label has been created

  • Preorder or retreat box preparation has not started

We move fast, so please contact us quickly.


2. When We CANNOT Change Your Address

We cannot update the address if:

  • A label has already been printed

  • The order has shipped


3. How to Request an Address Change

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Correct Shipping Address

We’ll update it if still possible.


4. If Your Order Already Shipped

FedEx may allow delivery instructions or rerouting.

Try:
