Exchanges for Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


1. When We Offer Exchanges

We can exchange an item if:

  • It arrived damaged

  • It arrived defective

  • You received the wrong product

We replace it with the same item.


2. When We Cannot Exchange

We cannot exchange items that are:

  • Used or opened

  • Not in original condition

  • Non-returnable (books, patterns, downloads, magazines)

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased by mistake (these follow standard return rules)


3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) of the issue (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Description of what happened

We’ll respond with next steps.


4. Shipping Costs

For damaged or incorrect items:

  • We cover return shipping (if needed)

  • We ship the replacement at no cost to you


5. Exchange Timeline

After we review your request:

  • We’ll send return instructions if applicable

  • Once received/confirmed, we ship your replacement

  • Delivery time varies depending on location
