Digital Product Refund & Exchange Policy

Digital products (PDF patterns, digital classes, online content) are delivered instantly after purchase and are non-refundable once downloaded.

However, we always want you to have a great experience with GE Designs. Here’s what you need to know:


Our Digital Product Policy

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are considered final sale once downloaded.


Exceptions — We’re Happy to Help If:

1. You purchased the same digital product twice (duplicate order)

We will gladly credit the duplicate.

2. You accidentally bought the wrong digital item

Contact us — we can help with an exchange or solution.

3. Your file is corrupted or won’t open

We will resend the file and help with troubleshooting.

4. You can’t find your digital downloads

You may have multiple GE Designs accounts or downloaded the file already.

We can help you locate everything you own.
