How to Redeem GEasy Rewards Points (and How Not to Lose Points)

Our GEasy Rewards program is a fun way to earn points and save on future orders! Here’s how redemption works — and the most important things to know so you don’t lose points by mistake.


Where to Redeem Your Points

  1. Log in to your GE Designs account.

  2. Click the green “Rewards” button in the bottom-right corner of the website.

  3. You’ll see:

    • Your total points

    • Available rewards

    • What you can claim or redeem

When you have enough points, click Redeem on the reward you want.


How to Apply Your Reward at Checkout

After redeeming, your code appears under Your Rewards in the Rewards panel.

You must apply the code by:

  • Clicking Apply Code inside the Rewards panel OR

  • Copying/pasting the code into the Discount Code box at checkout

If the code is not applied at checkout, the points look “redeemed” — but no discount is used.

(This is a VERY common issue!)


Important — Read This Before Redeeming Points

These two rules will save you frustration:

1️⃣ Only ONE reward can be used per order

This is a system limitation and applies to all customers.

2️⃣ If you redeem too many points, unused value is lost

Rewards work like coupons, not gift cards.

So if you redeem a $20 reward and only use $12 of it, the remaining $8 cannot be returned to your account.

To avoid losing points:
✔ Redeem a reward smaller than your cart subtotal
✔ Wait to redeem until you’re ready to check out


If You Redeemed Points but Didn’t Use Them

This is the #1 loyalty question we receive.

If your points show as redeemed but no discount applied to your order, the reward code is still waiting under Your Rewards in the Rewards panel.

Simply click Apply Code next time you check out.
