You May Have More Than One GE Designs Account

If you can’t find your digital downloads, the most common reason is that you may have more than one GE Designs account.

This happens more often than you think, especially if you shop using different devices or checkout methods.

Here’s how to check and fix it quickly.

Why You Might Have Multiple Accounts

You may have more than one account if:

  • You used different emails at checkout over time

  • You purchased using PayPal, which can use a different email than your main one

  • You checked out as Guest in the past

  • Your phone or computer autofilled an old email

  • You signed up for newsletters with one email, but ordered with another

  • You created an account later, but orders were placed before that

Any of these can cause your digital files to appear in one account but not the other.

Step 1: Search Your Email Inbox

Search your email for:

“GE Designs Order” or “GE Designs"

Try searching in all email addresses you may have used:

  • Personal email

  • Work email

  • PayPal email

  • Old emails stored in autofill

If you find an order email for the digital products under a different address, that is the account that holds your files.

Step 2: Try Logging In With Each Email

Go to:

www.gequiltdesigns.com

Click on the "Account" icon in the top right:


Try signing in with each email you’ve ever used when shopping online.

If the password doesn’t work:

Click “Forgot Password” and reset it.

If you don't have access to the old email, jump to "Merge Accounts" at the bottom of this page

When you’re in the correct account, you’ll see the button:

"Access Digital Content"

If You Want to Merge Accounts

We can merge two or more accounts into one so everything stays together.

Send us an email with:

  • Your name

  • All email addresses you may have used

  • Any order numbers you remember

  • Let us know you want to "merge your accounts"
